Generations of Dawson Group employees have had the privilege and honour to develop strong Indigenous relationships and worked together to complete significant projects that have shaped the way we view and travel throughout our beautiful province. Join us in recognizing National Indigenous Peoples Day on Friday, June 21. We are encouraging all employees to honour the history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis cultures.
Our Dawson family of companies is proud to operate in many territories throughout B.C.: from the traditional territories of the Dakelh, Wet’suwet’en, near Smithers; down to the Westbank First Nation in the Okanagan and all the territories in between, we honour and respect all people, the territories and the land that welcomes our communities.
Over the past 102 years of our operations, Dawson Group continues to appreciate working with many Indigenous communities, colleagues, partners and friends.
We will continue to do our part to listen and learn about Indigenous history, hear their traditions and make efforts to work together as one throughout this province and country.
